Saint Matthew by Apostle Hot Sauces is described as 'A deep floral and earthy blend of manuka smoked chipotle and dark cocoa create a rich base for our spectacularly full-flavoured Mole Poblano inspired chipotle sauce'. We'd agree but we'd also add - rich chipotle BBQ with just the right amount of hot, hot, hot.
